#Shoestakes OnlineShoes.com and a few resolutions…

I never actually posted real 2011 “resolutions” on my blog…kind of cliche, IMO, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have any!  In fact, one of my key resolutions is to get out of the house more, especially on the professional front.  Thing is, I need a wardrobe…and courtesy my former dog, shoes to go with it. In fact, I’m hoping to host a seminar very soon…one of many. And what’s the perfect shoe in wintertime for a short woman who loves minis and leggings?

A boot.  To wit, this one:

Now isn’t that just the most perfect dress boot, ever?  This hot little Jessica Bennett Neva Black Satin number has gina b written ALL over it!  With the right outfit, it’d be a hit at my mommy blogging seminar.  That said, what I really should be doing is using my limited shoe budget to buy something more practical…something that can get me off my butt and walking the neighborhood come spring so I can replace my bathing suit maybe a size down, rather than up!  Yes, working out is a resolution too, and I haven’t found time for it yet (Zumba’s on my list!).  For walking, I have to have something a little out of the ordinary, something that also screams “gina”, and I just LOVE this shoe:

I love colors and it has EasyTone technology that allows you to tone those muscles faster.  Aptly  named Reebok EasyTone Go Outside II, it’s name is a perfect reminder for me, as I really do need to go outside!  Future lunch periods should be spent walking with the ipod, so once the weather gets less blustery and snowy, I’ll be doing  just that.  You heard it here first, go ahead, readers and hold me to it!

Whether or not your dog ate your shoes, do you have a resolution to GET OUTSIDE the confines of your house, at least once this awful weather glides into spring? Share your plans here.
