Party time, excellent!

This weekend was a somewhat-delayed birthday party celebration for Amelia. She had a wonderful time! Half of her classmates came, along with old friends, some neighbors and family. It was a big party (I do so love throwing a big party) and everyone had a great time.

A GREAT BIG thank you to all the awesome parents who showed up. I hope a good time was had by all!

OH, that I had a camera!

However, I did snag my Droid at one point:

And yes, I just realized, I completely forgot to tell her to make a wish. Augh!!  Put that in my list of Mommy Failings, along with Santa and the Tooth Fairy.

Anyway, we took the kids off diets that day, and allowed chocolate, dairy, and tomato sauce.  Last night, Amelia’s face turned red, and Zoe has been a handful for 2 days.  That’s a little confirmation, I think, eh?  Anyway, we are all back on…and last night we went out for Italian sans the children so we got our fill!  (More on that visit in another post.)
