Holiday Gift Guide Event: What’s It all About?

For 6 years, I’ve been cooking real food for my kids to make sure they are eating clean and allergen free, but it hasn’t been easy. Over the years, I’ve found a number of tool that have helped made my life easier and simple, like this Eco Chop tool, we are giving away.

I’ve never enjoyed cooking but it was a requirement if I want to help improve my kids’ brains, gut health and overall healing. I had to learn – the hard way – what to do and what not to do, like how to chose the best foods. However, over the years a number of short cuts helped make things easier for me, and one of them was finding and using the right kitchen tools.

It’s been worth all the time and effort but I wish I knew then what I know now about easier nontoxic cooking! I’ll recommend tools that I use all the time, particularly during the holiday season, when baking at home is the easiest and most affordable way to make sure your kids are eating properly even when they are enjoying goodies.
