Random Acts of Kindness and Chinet ComfortCups

Filed Under: just for mom Tagged With: Chinet ComfortCups, Random Acts of Kindness

The theme of last week, for me, was random act of kindness.  I want to be humble, so I’m going to say that I did one, an easy one, that took me like a year of talking myself into to do, and the response was awesome.  Got back home and was blessed abundantly after that – not the reason I did the act, but a nice bonus anyway.

Chinet kicked off a campaing for Chinet ComfortCups that is called “Random Acts of Kindness”.  They asked people if they had $1000 to make the world a better place, how would they use it?  Hundreds of entries were received and winners were selected and rewarded to make their dream a reality.

To start the campaign they opened a pop-up cafe, handing out coffee to people, spreading joy and kindness.  I liked this idea SO much that I mentioned it to two ladies from my church.  We are working on ways to help parents of special needs kids get a little help and comfort on their journey to raise awesome kids.  Here’s the video:

Check out Chinet’s ComfortCups with a $1 coupon available at www.mychinet.com/comfortcup.  Check out their Random Act of Kindness page and send a friend a coupon too.

And next time you’re online, but the person behind you a cup of coffee.  You won’t believe the difference it’ll make.

I really enjoyed this post, I also believe in doing acts of kindness as often as possible. It is important to help others whenever we have the means too. Jesus taught those who have the ability to help others should never turn their backs.
