The Return of Pan in Chasing the Keeper Interactive Story

Filed Under: tech & play Tagged With: ipad apps for kids

I received this app for review; all opinions are my own.
Pan II: Chasing the Keepr

Last summer, I reviewed for you Pan: the Fearless Beribolt, an interactive app for iPad or iPhone that follows the adventures of this intrepid panda. Well, I’m happy to announce there is a sequel! Book II, Pan: Chasing the Keeper, tells of Pan’s adventures trying to find her parents – and learning the skills of the Warrior Bunnies! (Now tell me, who could  possibly resist a book with WARRIOR BUNNIES?)

Pan and the Bunnies

Pan peeks in on the Warrior Bunnies as they train.

The story is, like the first, interactive, and kids get to perform puzzles to achieve their goals like catching leaves as Pan swings from tree to tree. There is, of course, neat little learning features – for example, in that challenge you get to set how many leaves you want to catch. Don’t you just love it when kids don’t know they’re learning?

It may be a bit lower than my girls’ skill set, but no sooner did I load it up then the iPad was snatched OUT of my hand and they started playing. I can’t remember which daughter played first because they’ve both been enjoying this game! And no in-app purchases or ads.

So, does Pan find her parents? Well, you’ll just have to download this iTunes Book bestseller  to find out! Visit Hullabalu to download.
