mamavation sistahoodLife is crazy right now – it usually is when you’re raising kids with disabilities and special diets and the end of school has come! But through it all, we moms need to maintain a sense of sanity and take care of ourselves to help our kids. Not easy, and as I’ve said many times this year, I’ve failed a number of times. As I creep closer and closer to age 50, I wonder, How can I take care of myself and my kids better? How can I move forward to truly detox my home and my family?

That’s why I’m applying for this seaon’s Mamavation Bootcamp, which is being run in conjunction with the amazing Healthy Child, Healthy World. You can check out my video here:
