Easy, Safe Snacking with The Gluten Free Bar #ad

I was sent a sample of their products to review. All opinions are my own.

Gluten Free bars

Being a busy mom on the go requires energy – lots and lots of energy. And trying to eat food that is clean, tasty, gluten free is a big challenge. So when I got the chance to review The Gluten Free Bar, I jumped on it – and I was pleasantly surprised!

ABOUT THE BARS
Gluten Free Bars are all gluten free certified by GFCO, certified vegan by Vegan Action and are Kosher too! They are also both GMO and soy free, which is a great thing in this house, and are made in a dedicated gluten free facility. They do contain or are processed near peanuts and tree nuts. The primary source of sweetness in these bars is organic brown rice syrup and organic agave nectar, although they make their chocolate with organic cane sugar and cranberries with sugar.

Each 2.05 ounce bar has a whopping 10-12 grams of protein, thanks to being packed with pea and brown rice protein protein and between 15-20 grams of sugar, but most is naturally derived.

They have a variety of 6 flavors. My favorite? I can’t just pick one! I love the Chocolate Peanut Butter, the Coconut Cashew Crunch and was pleasantly surprised by the Cranberry Toasted Almond! Dark Chocolate Coconut and Peanut Butter was a close second. The Oatmeal Raisin has a deep cinnamon flavor, so if you are a fan, you’ll love that bar too.

THE PRICE
Gluten Free Bars are $28.00 for a case of 12 online at the Gluten Free Bar’s website, or you can try a 4-pack for $10. It’s also available at locations around the country. I recommend trying a sample pack and seeing if you want to become a member. You get a monthly shipment of bars, free samples of new products and a discount!

OVERALL OPINION
They’re not pretty to look at but they are tasty and filling. They’re also a great source of fiber, and a perfect snack in for that 3 PM workday slump. I totally enjoyed these bars and pretty much inhaled them, they were so awesome!

Looks like a bar I need to find asap! Do they travel well? I’d love something I could tuck into our lunch bag when we’re doing day trips.

Thanks for the review!! I have to eat GF before exercising and always looking for something new. I usually eat Lara Bars but will try this next time!

I like Larabars but honestly, I like the consistency of these better. Or maybe it’s because they’re flatter and thinner? Of course, Larabars has a crazy amount of flavors! 🙂

I know, we are blessed! I read an article from a dad doing the gluten/dairy/soy free diets 15 years ago for his son with autism, and let me tell you, he was tough! He knows how easy we have it today. He said there was literally NOTHING to feed the kid but meat and produce.

Welcome!
