I’m betting there is someone on your list who is gluten free and while I made plenty of high end suggestions on my Holiday Gift Guide, you probably want to spend less than that on a friend or neighbor. Since this diet can come with a lot of challenges, those of us who cook gluten-free and adhere to clean eating appreciate help. If done right, a gluten free gift basket in your budget can make you look like a real hero to a friend who is struggling to get this right.
What to Put In It? I was inspired by the AMAZING AND TOTALLY USED BY NOW gift bag I got from Color Garden Natural Food Dyes. They have truly naturally ingredients like Tumeric – and that’s it! It’s the ONLY food color I’d consider using. I’m hoping to whip up something nice for Christmas to share with you but be patient, my culinary skills are work in progress!

(Seriously, I can’t do baskets. You don’t even want to know how bad they look when they’re done. A bag, some tissue paper and stick on a bow – that’s me 🙂

I love that you added cookware. We have certain things we keep allergy-friendly and it truly keeps me sane! Love the basket!

That’s the way to do it, separate tools. It was easiest for me to remember like this: when you think “gluten and gluten free” kitchen, think about a kosher kitchen – it’s really 2 sets of everything.

I have a friend that is gluten free and has a birthday coming up. I have been thinking of gifts and this would be perfect!

NICE! I’ve been gluten free for just 7 months and this would be especially great for anyone new to the lifestyle.

Thanks for the coupon and tips! I’m sure that this will help people who have a friend/relative who is allergic to gluten. It’s great to see that foods are being optimized for people who cannot consume gluten.
