Today I learned a valuable lesson:  a good night’s sleep can put you in a good mood. I know that sleep has health benefits, of course.  I also am intimately familiar with the concept that you can’t function properly and productively on less than 6 hours of sleep, and I can attest first-hand to the fact that lack of sleep makes you grumpy and touchy.
