I’m happy to report that we stuck to our goal last week – yay! We only ate out on Saturday, except for a quick breakfast on Tuesday. I’ve started eating Ezekiel English muffins with Earth’s Balance soy-free natural spread for breakfast, and as of today, will remove milk from my coffee, which means the only milk I will have will be what’s in already baked
