KidzVuz Holiday Party 2013

Just before Thanksgiving, Amelia and I got a chance to  the KidzVuz Holiday House Party in New York City.  Hosted by Samsung, Homewood Suites and lots of other great brands, we had a blast! Here’s a recap of what we managed to do, mostly 🙂

Kawaii Crush Girl

Amelia enjoys her Kawaii Crush sticker. No, really! She wore it ALL DAY, in spite of the stink eye you see here.

Kawaii Crush

We were lucky enough to win one of these sets!

KidzVuz Interview

She barely spoke but she was SO excited to do this! I swear, i didn’t prompt her, it was all on her own the MINUTE she saw that professional camera. We’re gonna have to get this girl up to speed on public speaking 🙂

Chloes SoftServe Fruit

SO SO SO SO delicious!! Wish they had a website.

Green Mustache

Kale fruit smoothies, to go, marketed for kids. Of course, my picayune kid are STILL a no on green foods 🙁 But they were delicious!

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Kids Edition

Naturally Amelia had a BLAST playing with this one!

 Nintendo DS

Of course, she’s a pro on this, since she has the DS version!Girl and NerfRebelle

This was her FAVORITE THING to play with…

Over and…  I love how excited the rep got for her!

It was a lot of fun and I’m a dummy for missing the Homewood Suites area, because we travel so much!  DOH!  We had a great time and Amelia is SOLIDLY wanting a Nerf Rebelle now. We’ll see…

Now here’s a look at some of the goodies we got to take home:

KidzVuzToys

I’m thoroughly enjoying the Dermalogica products and the kids are digging the Furby BOOM! They love that Fossil-icious book by Downtown Bookworks and the FuziPop light is a big hit too.

A great bit thank you to all the sponsors for putting on a blast of a show!

Yup, she was so pro- and then she had to answer questions, LOL! That’s ok, she has plenty of time to learn…

She did, until she got hungry. She may be skinny, but she eats like an 18 year old gymnast, lol

So fun! And I think you might need to invest in a karaoke set, too, after seeing her love of the microphone! 🙂

It looks like you and your daughter had a great time. I am a big proponent of fun toys and games that help children to learn.

Yes, we did! So am I. I never realized how much toys ARE educational, back when I was a kid, lol! Shhh, don’t tell my girls.

Welcome!
