I’ll be MIA for another 2 or 3 days, so may you all have a fantastic week, no matter what holiday you’re celebrating, or even if you’re not. To all my friends and readers celebrating Festivus, don’t hit each other too hard, k? Want you all healthy and reading Mom-Blog in 2012!
Some presents are too good to wait for Christmas to unwrap:
And Amelia had fun at her school’s Winter Celebration, which I get to enjoy too:
Yea, she ate ALL the cookies I baked for her, but made with garbanzo bean flour, so not as bad you think!
I do believe we have a budding food photographer on our hands!
peace out, folks. LITERALLY.

Garbanzo bean flour is pretty awesome. I had some trouble working with it at first and getting use to it but it is great way to get the gluten out and it is very tasty when used correctly. Overall garbanzo bean flour is easy to work with I was just approaching it the wrong way at first. I would definitely recommend it for anyone with a gluten issues as it works! There are more and more cookbooks and recipes online that incorporate garbanzo bean flour in their gluten-free recipes.
